Booking and Scheduling
● Appointments: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly.
● Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A rescheduling fee of [amount] applies if rescheduled within 24hours of the session.
● Session Time Limits: Sessions are allotted [time] hours. Additional time will incur an extra fee of [amount] per [time unit].
Studio Use
● Access: Only authorized personnel and clients with scheduled appointments are permitted in the studio. Unauthorized access is prohibited
.● Equipment Handling: Clients must not handle or adjust studio equipment without prior permission from the staff. Damage to equipment due to improper use will bebilled to the client.
● Food and Drinks: Food and beverages are not allowed in the studio to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage.
Client Conduct
● Behavior and Attire: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and wear appropriate attire suitable for the themed session. To ensure a respectful and comfortable environment for all our clients and team members, we maintain a Clothing-Mandatory Policy for all photoshoots. This means that appropriate attire is required during every session, and we do not allow any form of nudity in our studio
● Guests and Pets: Only clients with scheduled sessions are allowed in the studio. Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved for specific themed sessions.
Safety and Cleanliness
● Safety Protocols: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.
● Clean-Up: Clients are responsible for tidying up personal items and ensuring the studio area is left in good condition. Staff will handle studio equipment and general cleaning.
● Studio Maintenance: The studio will be inspected and cleaned regularly. Clients are expected to respect the space and equipment.
Image Use and Rights
● Copyright: All images taken in the studio are the property of Off The Ground Studio. Clients will receive a digital copy and may use images for personal purposes only.
● Promotional Use: Images may be used by Off The Ground Studio for promotional purposesunless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients must provide written consent for any commercial use.
● Privacy: All personal and image data will be stored securely and only used as specified in our privacy policy.
Payment and Fees
● Pricing: Prices for studio sessions and additional services are listed on our Instagram/Facebook page. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
● Fees: Extra charges apply for additional services or overtime. Payment must be settled before the end of the session.
● Refunds: Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours. Disputes regarding charges must be addressed within 7 days of the session.
Equipment and Property
● Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or propertycaused during their session. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.
● Reporting Issues: Any equipment malfunctions or issues should be reported to studio staff immediately for prompt resolution.
